To cancel, reschedule, or join the waitlist, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled tour will incur a cancellation fee of 100 Euro. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the tour will be charged the full booking amount. For rescheduling requests, we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability. Waitlisted clients will be contacted on a first-come, first-served basis if a spot becomes available.
